Captain Morgan's ABT's "Atomic Buffalo
Turds"
(Jim Morgan)
10 - Large Jalapeno Peppers
8oz - Cream Cheese
1/2lb - Pulled Pork
1lb - Cheap Bacon (thinner is better)
Slice peppers length wise and scoop out the seeds and membrane
with a spoon. Thoroughly combine cream cheese and pulled pork together. Fill each pepper half with enough of the
mixture to completely fill pepper and give them a light dusting of Wolfe Rub Original. Wrap each pepper with a slice
of bacon and secure with a toothpick if needed. Give another light dusting of Wolfe Rub Original and grill or smoke
until bacon is rendered and crisp. You want to cook these slow to soften and sweeten the peppers. This recipe
may need to be doubled in many cases, because they will not last long!

**For a more savory sausage choose a sage or spicy sausage and season with
Wolfe Rub BOLD.
