Just wanted to let you know I got all 3 of your rubs in the mail yesterday
and was able to to use the Wolfe Rub Original on some ribs today. The original is wonderful and I can say that even with just
one cook it is my favorite rub. It may be the cinnamon but I love the taste.

My 14 yr old son entered his first contest yesterday and won 1st place! He entered the Amateur
BB rib contest at Franklin and he used Wolfe Rub BOLD and another sauce he likes and they were fantastic. He did it all himself,
prep, choosing the flavors, cooking, boxing.

Yesterday I was cooking in the
Barn Burner BBQ in Libertyville IL. Since my brisket usually stinks I gave
Wolfe Rub Bold a try. I figured it couldn't hurt. Well, bada bing, badaboom,
I get a call for 6th place and a trophy. What a great rub!! It helped turn a so so brisket into a trophy winner!

Wolfe Rub is very, very good! It is on the sweet side, but that is
how I like my rubs, especially for all my pork BBQ. I also enjoyed it on popcorn, which to me is a true test of a great rub!

Well sir, it tastes mighty good to me. Nearly know there is a little cinnamon down in there somewhere but I cant
quite pin it down...which anybody who knows about spices will tell ya thats a good thing. You give em mo than a tease..you
done overdone it. I think Wolfe Rub passes that test with flying colors. Has a little bit of highly delayed "back
heat" as us chili folks would say. That is another glaring plus! The warden say it was "wonderful" and should
be just the ticket for ribs. The 7 year old grandaughter and the 15 year old grandson loved it..and I'm thinking it be
just whut the doctor ordered for chicken. Thanks so much. It very good stuff. Should be outta this
world on pushed pork.

I used Wolfe Rub for the first time on three racks of loin back ribs.
Weren't falling off the bone but the bone came clean with one bite and a little tug. Wolfe Rub had great flavor
and added a nice crust to the ribs with tender meat underneath. It has definitely moved into my top 3 rubs to use.

Used your Wolfe Rub today on a pork shoulder.
Turned out great. Probably the best shoulder I've done to date, not only because of the rub, but it was the first one
I've ever foiled. EXTREMELY juicy. After I pulled it, I sprinkled a little more rub on and it was great.

I tried Wolfe Rub on some pork loin chops that I grilled. Yum!
The spices came through nicely. The cinnamon added some depth and an unexpected twist. I really like this stuff!
It remindeds me of Mexican candy. It's a nice departure from the paprika-laden rubs.

I used Wolfe Rub on some boneless chicken breasts in the oven.
It was sweet but not too sweet. And, there was a heat that was very good. Not overpowering, but you definitely
knew it was there. The kind that sneaks up on you. I think this might just be a contest winner on chicken and ribs.
